Simple, fits its purpose
I’m 5’4” currently 173lbs at 24 weeks and I ordered a Medium - it’s a little tight but it’ll definitely work for me for now. I think I’ll go ahead and keep this size but might have to order a size up later in my pregnancy if I run out of room. Also, the white dress is see through but wearing nude underwear helps, plus I’ll usually pair it with a flowy cardigan anyway so it’s fine
