I purchased this item in November for the opening of my new salon in January. I have not unpacked the product and have not been able to use it before. After opening on January 5th, I started using the steamer and started having problems almost immediately. The steamer could not stand up straight. He bent and bent over the client's head. Then after 2 weeks the bowl of water began to melt. I then contacted the seller and instead of sending a replacement he emphasized that his 30 day warranty had expired and he could just send me the defective parts. I do not agree. That is terrible customer service to ship parts from another vape. That they don't fit or don't work. I think I've run out of money and should close my salon until we find another better quality vaporizer. This is not a salon quality steamer and the company knows it and still advertises it that way. BEWARE
