Firstly it's 'Kinder Fit' which means the insole comes out of the shoe and has the measurements on it . I ordered a size 7 and was shocked that it was too small when I pulled it out and put my 2.5 year old's foot on it. I ordered size 8 and he is very comfortable in it. He loves these shoes. I like that they aren't too stiff and easy for him to walk into. I'm deducting a star for durability. They are outer stitches and started to tear. He's been wearing them every day since mid-February and at this rate I don't think they'll last a few more months. But maybe that's a good thing - during this time he can grow another size.
