AAA+++ CUSTOMER SERVICE! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased this sign on September 18, 2021 and today is October 28, 2021 and it is DEFECTIVE. A week ago, just after a months-long return period, it began raining in our drought-affected area (Central Oregon) after a long hiatus. This sign hung on the wall of my house under a small awning, but of course rain fell on it with the wind. We had no flooding, just normal rain. After the rain the sign will be illuminated at night as you can see in my photo. Now it looks great, not something I want to hang around my house at night. Out of curiosity, I took it apart, and in fact there were no rubber grommets, sealant, gaskets, or gaskets. Not protected from rain! I suggest putting it in the shower when you buy it to test its water resistance, but make sure you can return it first. Because they were wrong about its quality. So you are right about your warranty claims?! I spent $21 on junk.
