Pros: The glasses were light, comfortable and fitted my face. Most glasses in the shops are too small. So if you have a big melon this might be for you. The benefit of this item was the anti blue light feature. It seems to work. My eyes don't feel like that at the end of the day when I'm using my phone. I am 47 years old and my eyes are getting weaker. You may or may not need it depending on your eyes, age and screen time, but for me it made a difference. I also try to regulate my cell phone use. The Bad: I wish it came with spring hinges. When the glasses were hung on my collar or placed in my shirt pocket while going about my daily business, the glasses would unroll and fall out of my pocket or collar. If I can find a version with spring hinges, then it will be glasses for me.
