Never Received a Replacement

Overall quality of the product is ok,. But. It came with a steel grommet missing and the storage bag zipper was broken. Perfitel said they would replace the item 2 times but I never received anything. I'll shop elsewhere next time.Ken Z. Chippewa Lake Ohio
