There are some problems, but they are easy to solve. First, the power adapter in the box is not able to support Dex mode while Netflix is running. Luckily I have a 30W PSU that supports the screen in Dex mode. It was a little painful to understand. Secondly, the USB-C cable needed to put the phone into Dex mode was either missing or not included. Get a good quality USB-C cable that supports video. After connecting it with a good cable and power supply, you can turn your phone into a touchpad and it's like a tablet and phone in one (tap with two fingers to right-click). During a call, the phone would not turn on the screen speakers at all. As soon as I hung up, the speakers came on. It has to do with the Note 10, not the screen, and even trying to choose which speakers it doesn't change. After running it without exiting Dex mode, it was tested with RAVPower Power Bank 20100mAh instead of RevainBasics 30W One. - USB-C 3.0 port wall charger and it also worked and stayed in Dex mode while watching Netflix. I haven't tried anything other than Netflix and Dex yet. If you've been waiting for a touchscreen monitor for your Note, then this is for you. The screen looks great and the technology has finally matured, although it has some quirks it seems like a great solution.
