Review on Kasimir AD70 Infrared Thermometer: Laser Non Contact Temperature Gun with Color Display for Kitchen, BBQ, Automotive, and Industrial -58°F to 1472°F by George Jacobson

Although this thermometer usually reads close to the expected range, it also tends to be naughty and occasionally gives odd readings. As you can see in the image I provided, I compared this item to the el-cheapo infrared thermometer I received previously. The reading was taken on the ground at ambient temperature, and a cheap thermometer reads correctly at 66.7 F (about 2 F different from my room thermometer). However, this element tells me that my room is below freezing. I'm not sure how you could even calibrate this with such a large difference between actual readings.
