Looks good, very comfortable but it's just an elastic material for leggings. The pencil skirt has no real shape or weight, so it doesn't hang as much as it hugs. It's long, which is nice, and at such a young age it's not a problem, but for a teenager I'd go for something thicker to hide the wrinkles underneath and give it a more sophisticated look.
