I'm not giving 3 stars because the product is bad but because of the lack of quality control and consistency before shipping this product. I have two examples. My first mug came with a removable drinking lid that was inside the mug. The cup was packed in a bag in such a way that no damage occurred. After removing the main cover I found a sipper cover and branded decals. I loved the stickers because I put them on my tool box when I thought they were cool. However, everything changed when I realized that the sipper lid broke when it clicked. There were no broken pieces in either the cup or the tightly sealed bag, which to me meant they were shipped already damaged. So I gave it away as a replacement. This time I got the mug fully assembled but without the sticker. The lack of consistency is driving me insane. And it's not just this company, I've been wandering around for quite some time. Wake up American workers or you'll still be transferred to another country where they'll be willing to work for less pay and kick their ass because they know what it's really like to go hungry!
