This device has many great features. Easy to use, great display, very responsive. Installation takes some effort, some cables are on a detachable wiring harness while others come straight out of the unit. supplied wiring without problems. One of the biggest setbacks is how much power the internal amplifier lacks. The device got hot and kept restarting. This was solved by adding an external amplifier. The included navigation apps worked flawlessly both with and without the internet. The dimmer appears to be "messed up" and requires the lights to cycle on and off before the brightness increases. And the sound quality improved by opening the settings. and close the tab? Not sure why this works. I would say that this is a regular device with a basic droid screen built in. Update: The customer service team contacted and offered a discount after reading the review. The rating has been adjusted to reflect a manufacturer willing to endorse their product. That says a lot about the company, thank you
