Got this as a Christmas present for my son. Received and unpacked and smelled strongly musty rather than leather smell. I thought it would be better if it aired at night so I put it in my closet where I hide gifts. The next morning my entire bedroom and bathroom smelled VERY strongly of mildew. All our clothes smell like mold, so I'm going to clean everything today. Needless to say, I'm back. It will not be easy for me to keep this at home, and even more so not to give it to any child. The smell stays in our things, even though the wallet was taken out of the house yesterday morning. It can't be that it didn't smell when it was packed! I hope this gets done before others spend all day washing and cleaning the clothes again to try and remove that horrible smell. I can't believe how an item with that smell affected 2 rooms in our house. I hope I can get rid of the smell with normal household cleaners! I hope you understand how wet and moldy they are and stop selling damaged ones. I won't risk it, that's for sure! It's beyond terrible!
