This is a lightweight cover so lipstick or shine doesn't run.
I've been using this product for about 10 years now, I put it on under makeup, then with lipstick and gloss or lipstick. It's very moisturizing. I've spent a lot more on products that claim to make lips look chapped. Lasts a long time and is definitely worth the price. It's the only product I've ever used that stops my lipstick or gloss from bleeding and I never leave the house without it.
