I've always considered OtterBox to be one of the toughest brands in smartphones. So when I decided to switch from a cheap case after half a year of use, I got my hands on OtterBox's Commuter series case. Over a week after receiving this case and using it on my iPhone 11, I dropped it once and ALREADY cracked the entire camera hump. The cameras themselves are fine, but the fact that it took a single drop to leave such a crack on the case was very disappointing. I'm not sure who needs to read this review, but I would be concerned that there is a small design flaw in the camera cutout in this case. Hopefully OtterBox will fix this issue when they become aware of it. The only problem I have with it at the moment is that I need to get my phone repaired. Conclusion from me: Even if you get this case, just try not to drop it 😬
