I like that the mount comes in 3 parts, giving you more positioning options and allowing you to place your desk closer to the wall. I also needed the extra length so I could wrap around the monitor. However, spacers can only be used with the longest screws, and they are too long. I ended up going to a local hardware store and buying screws that were between sizes. I have VESA mounts from another system and they contain screws of the same length so they must be from the same vendor.
