Sagging yes. I could hear it creaking under the weight of my 3 pound monitors. The fine tuning works a bit, but given that it's that far out of tolerance, I can only imagine how it will look in a few months, or worse, how easily it will break in an earthquake. Get something better. I'm not sure why there are so many high ratings.

I bought this mount because I wanted to use two 32" monitors with the Wali monitor stand I had already bought. The problem was that one of the parts was not processed correctly and was not attached to the Rod could be mounted. I ended up using a part from the original kit that I bought. The arm works with 2 32" monitors and is pretty solid. I'm just a little frustrated because I didn't have the original kit can not use.

Very disappointed with this product. It holds my heavy gaming laptop and my 24" TV, but it does NOT rotate at the intersection closest to the clamp. The hex screw cannot be turned; it seems almost stuck. The other joints also don't loosen, but I was able to compress them the way I wanted. The lack of articulation completely contradicts the constructive purpose of this hand. I might as well get a solid extension! If the manufacturer has a way to fix this, I'm willing to try. But I can return.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing this mount as I wasn't sure if it would be long enough to mount my 22" monitor vertically next to my 32" to mount the main display. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the arm was long enough to make it very comfortable, with decent range. I would definitely recommend this with any WALI rackmount. I like that the mount comes in 3 parts, giving you more positioning options and allowing you to place your desk closer to the wall. I also needed the extra length so I could wrap around the monitor. This and all other parts purchased from this company/brand are made with appalling precision. So much so that one side can differ by a full inch compared to the other. But since I'm not endowed with unlimited resources, I don't have limitless monitors. I bought 3 Wali products, not for monitors but for YouTube cameras. I use a platter as a monitor and attach a camera, microphone, small monitor and flat LED lights. For Wali folks, you're missing a market opportunity if your 'hands' aren't designed for YouTuber devices as described. In any case, each of the three has some differences in the way they were made.
