Installed on a 2005 F150 4.6L engine to replace a noisy EGR valve. He took care of the noise issue but unfortunately installed a check engine light with code P0405 (there was no check engine light or code with the original EGR, just noise). I sent the EGR back and Revain sent a replacement, the replacement also gave code P0405. Eventually removed and replaced with a factory Motorcraft EGR by a local Ford dealer who will not set the code. Either I have two bad EGR valves or this aftermarket product is not compatible with the truck.
