I call it more of a parcel shelf because of the lack of stability. You can put on some light jackets if they are properly offset. So why 5 stars when it lacks stability and isn't exactly a hanger (my opinion). Well I love the look of natural wood, assembly (all the screws together) was very easy, very tall, thin and it matches the decor of my room. This basically works for what I need. This was the stand for my many baseball caps. The stability problem stems from a design flaw. The stand consists of 4 separate screw rods. One or two bars are out of proportion, causing the stand to tilt slightly. I can't fix it. I assume a heavy jacket will work on the opposite side of the slope. Anyway, for me it's not a big problem. Conclusion: This is a great wooden parcel shelf at a reasonable price.
