Perfect cotton balls and swabs
Lots of comments about no oil in applicator but my product was perfect. There is a red line on one side of the Q Tip. Press the red line and tilt the applicator vertically. Then the oil runs out. I've used it on my lips and gums for whitening, but also as a moisturizer under my eyes and on my nose. I don't like using products that produce waste, but they come in handy when traveling.
