Excellent for my purposes
It is a heavy gauge, excellent stainless steel pail. I use it to scoop cat litter (with a scented plastic bag inside the pail) for my fifteen fur babies and their five kitty litters several times a day. The handle is strong and well made; filled to the rim with waste kitty litter (about 30-40 lbs of poo), it is easy to carry with a thick enough handle to not cut into my hand.Very happy with this.
- Less likely to harbor bacteria and odors compared to plastic or ceramic bowls
- The pail can become dented easily when dropped or mishandled
