With the service we have been able to get rid of our WAN issues since it is in house and under control, as well as having an agent in each country ensuring high availability. The support they provide is also very good. I think it could be better if they had a dedicated team for each region. Having multiple teams means you can't really focus on one product or service. I would say that this is mainly because the support team are spread out over many different regions. They also don't seem to keep up with the latest version of their software so there are often things missing. We needed to solve our WAN problems but without taking away from our core business.Dancrai was the only solution that made sense. We now have a good solution in place. I like best about this service is that it is very effective and reliable. Also, they have great customer support team which helps us to solve our problems in a short period of time. The only thing I dislike about this service is that sometimes we need to spend some time for understanding their products and features. The benefits of using this service are that we can easily manage all our application traffic from one location. We also get the best performance.
