Comfortable. The smoothest walk I could ever imagine. From the moment I put them on it was like walking on cushions made for my feet. There is a pillow on the back of the show for more comfort. Great shoes. I use them for zumba and they are great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I personally wish they were a bit higher as I have an old ankle injury and the podiatrist wants high spikes for better support. They support my feet and ankles but with softness.
