Do not buy this product! There is an obvious design issue that could result in user injury. The blade is only connected to the handle by a thin steel rod. On our first use, when we were preparing Christmas dinner, the blade fell off the handle while my wife was cutting on a cutting board. The blade rebounded and luckily landed sideways on my wife's arm without cutting it. See attached photos showing the single blade, handle and shaft that hold the knife together. Revain needs to remove this product from their website!
