Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Installed on Intel 7700. At a room temperature of 20C, the idle temperature of the processor is 25-27C, at a room temperature of >30C, the sensor shows 33-35C. Thermal paste Z9 is used. Water cooling (most likely) will not save you from the so-called "jumps" in temperature on Kaby Lake, so I chose this inexpensive cooler, especially since I'm not going to overclock the processor.
Fixed maximum 65C at "natural" load and then in the form of a "jump" in temperature for a few seconds.
So far, this model suits completely.

Pros

It does not make noise, something is heard when the threshold temperature is exceeded (can be configured in the BIOS), but this is not critical. Easy installation, if someone does not have enough instructions on the insert in the box, you can go to the manufacturer's channel in YT, there is a video instruction. (It is better to install on a "bare" board, the case and memory strips can interfere)
