Camera picture is good but if you are looking for a good audio camera this is not for you, same as I have been calling tech support since installing the camera last month and emailed you received some letters. Obviously there's nothing they can do for the audio part, buyers beware I think at least a call from a tech to try and figure out the problem which could be a minor issue but they will obviously call back to help never mind. I bought audio cameras and was very disappointed and surprised that the tech support doesn't even answer calls or emails most of the time and you pay extra for audio cameras too. The sad thing is that after all the work you have to find a place and install cameras to start over. So many options for cameras so do your homework. LACK OF HELP FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS A BIG PROBLEM.
