I love these long twin needles because they are so easy to thread. These are two needles fused at each end - gently open them and without squinting, insert the thread. I mostly use these long beading needles with size 11 delicates, but they are thin enough to work with most size 15 beads and strong enough to use with larger beads. The length of the needle "seem" correct to me, but that's a subjective thing. The only problem I have is that these needles bend with use - you can straighten them a number of times if you are careful,
