First of all I shouldn't complain because you really can't beat the price but I think you get what you pay for. So these tablets will NOT light up! I'm holding a match, I'm just sitting, nothing, I'm holding a lighter on a tablet and nothing. It's like looking back and saying "meh". So of course, I don't know what to do, they don't glow. I love burning incense sticks, but these charcoal tablets keep me from catching fire. IT says they have something that makes them glow, well no they don't because the little tablet just sits there and laughs at me! I will not buy these again. Thanks but no.
