To be honest I can't stress the title of this one enough. I did a lot of research before purchasing this item and compared it to other retailers as genuine Bissell products. I saw bad reviews, ignored them and questioned this product. I should have listened to my intuition and NEVER EVER bought this product because it ruined my pet Bissell Crosswave. Bissell isn't cheap, the pet version is definitely not cheap. How did it ruin my car? The filter didn't fit as tightly as the original filter and after a few uses it stopped sucking in water and kept spitting out. There is actually a photo by another reviewer. IT WILL HAPPEN. My Bissell has been in a Bissell authorized workshop for diagnosis, so my text is 100% valid. This is a terrible line of products, please do your wits and DO NOT buy this product. In the long run, that does more harm than good. I just used my hand most of the time and BAM doesn't work and I use it a lot as I have a pet and 2 toddlers. To be honest, this set shouldn't even be available for purchase. I've definitely learned my lesson about saving some money, but I only buy authentic when it comes to expensive devices.
