So it took me 15 minutes to install each side and wasted my time with just a ratchet wrench. All it does is keep your active exhaust open without disabling any codes. The exhaust now sounds much better and deeper, like a cold start, because the valve is now fully open. I think this is the perfect exhaust hack without having to remove the dirt muffler. For the money, I'd try that first before cutting the factory exhaust, and there's not much low-level rumble when driving long distances.
