Made in China. Heavy with a rubber ring at the bottom.
This is a "real offer". I have seen others. . . cheaper. . . where you fill the bottom with water or sand. They're almost useless. They are heavy and stay where you place them. There is a rubber ring around the base. You can also combine several. after i said it . .They are made in China and arrived a bit "ruined". . . but. . .I'm still very happy with it.
