This is a great kit for the typical DIYer. The package contains everything you need to connect the main chain of light strips with a break (for example, the lower edge of two adjacent cabinets) that interferes with the work of a continuous strip. The clasps seem to click quite well; It's always best to solder the connections when possible, but that's definitely acceptable for general use. The package includes a pigtail connector (to go from the power supply to the LED strip), gap connectors (clips with wires in between) for large spaces like above, and a pair of gapless connectors to connect the strip to the strip with no wires in between. Overall this is a great kit for a small setup.
