Unreliable Weak Seam (Last 2 Days)

Before I started I was unable to return as I was overseas for military service. I bought it just before I left and was unable to reach UPS for a refund. If I could I would send the travel backpack back for a refund and get a more durable one. Overall the bag had good zippers, pockets were a good size and shape was good. The spacing between the compartments and the shape make it easy to store and use without having to go into the main compartment. It was easy to move and I felt natural in the sock when I walked in it and it was easy to put on and take off. Now the bad part. My bag weighed about 30 pounds and the straps failed on the first day and some of the material failed on the second day. I wasn't expecting it to last long but it became unusable for me after 2 days of actual average use. Considering how light my bag was, it had to hold the seams. The seam is unreliable. Unless you use this for ultra light use and won't experience any stress. I wouldn't recommend it for anything entertaining or that you need to turn on the top tray.
