I wanted an inexpensive white sneaker and these fit the bill. I'm sensitive about things that go on my feet. I can't wear socks that have seams, and I seem to have more issues with little irritating things inside shoes than most people do. When I first put the shoes on, they seemed to gape a lot on the sides (see photo), which isn't really a problem I've encountered with shoes before as I have a wide foot. I thought for sure this would be irritating to me, but it surprisingly isn't! Even without socks! The heel stays put and doesn't slide around, and the toe box area is roomy with no rubbing. I bought my normal size 6, and that seems right.I wouldn't work in these shoes or go for long walks or anything like that, but they're great for short errands and looking cute. I'll probably buy a couple of other colors too.
