I bought this at a big store for a few extra dollars. First, it claims that "no tools are required". Well you need a wrench to tighten it. Unless you like licking. Includes Teflon tape. But that didn't stop the leak. It leaks where it connects to the wand's tube and hose. All parts have a pre-installed washer. But I suspect these are the cheapest washing machines out there. Like I said, they lick. Now let's discuss the water flow. No limiter needs to be removed. So if you have poor water flow, avoid this product. Even with the good flow that I have, you can't use the showerhead and shower head at maximum flow. Either one or the other is fine. But it just doesn't work with both of them. And forget about the "waterfall" feature on both. After all, the wand is huge. And it's barely held in the valve-mounted bracket. I really wanted to like this combo shower head. But in the end it just left me wet with regret.
