A really good filter

I don’t generally write reviews unless it a very good product and I can assure you that this product has passed all of my quality checks! I can say that because have been using this filter pitcher for about 2 years now and I am pretty happy with it. So many cool things about this one, firstly, it’s size which holds up to 3 Liters of water, second thing is that it’s so quick to deliver filtered water! Great customer service

At first, this did not improve the tap water at all. I email customer service and they were amazing and helped me figure out that I needed an advanced filter for the sink as well and also provided an extra cartridge in case the first was faulty. After installing the sink filter and using that with the pitcher my water is much better!

Haven't changed my filter in 10 MONTHS and it's still kicking butt!

I LOVE this. I got in March 2017 and keep forgetting to replace the filter but it is still working and the water is great. I live in NYC and the water here tends to leave a gritty feeling in my throat but this pitcher and filter are still working well and helping me get my daily required amount of water.10/10 would buy again.

I love it. I really love the design of how .

I decided to try a new brand of water pitcher versus the other 2 two popular brands. This pitcher was very economical, so I decided to try it out. I love it. I really love the design of how to fill up the pitcher, how it pours out, and how it doesn't slide all over the counter. I use this specifically to fill up my coffee pot with great clean water. Seriously try it out!

Lid is cheap but it gets the job done.

This is a nice alternative to a Brita. My biggest complaint is that the top lid is very cheap and has a hard time staying clipped on. You need to be careful when pouring some doesn’t dump off. But if you get it latched on well, it’s fine. I did feel that it filtered well and the price point is nice.

Couldn’t drink apartment’s tapwater without this!

I bought this because I was planning on moving into a new apartment and wanted to use more tap water rather than water bottles. The place I was temporarily staying at, when I got this, had disgusting tap water. I don’t know what was wrong, it was an apartment complex and the water just smelled weird as well, even though it looked clear. It might have just been the pipes. Works good and is larger

We replaced a common brand when it broke (ok I dropped it on tile). This one is larger in size, I like that. It has little silicon or plastic feet that stop it from sliding on the counter. It has a lid you do not have to remove to fill it (I really like that). The filter that comes with it (a generic type filter you can buy most places) really allows the water to flow from the top to the bottom quickly. I don't know if that is good or bad from a filtering standpoint, but it sure beats waiting…

Great Customer Service from New Owners

This filter pitcher is great. Easy to use and great design.I did have a complaint about the flyer that came with my order promising the first replacement filter free. I called and texted as instructed and never got a reply. Then the replacement filter were not available anywhere. I kept checking and noticed other people had this complaint in reviews as well. I also noticed that the seller replied with a new phone number to these reviews.I called and talked to Justin. Talking to him, I found out

Quick, reliable filtration

It's hard to determine the quality of filtration you get from a product like this but I knew my tap water wasn't sitting well with me so I decided to try it. I have been using this filter for months and I get crisp water in like a minute of filling the receptacle. No complaints at all, the size was a little clunky for my fridge at first but at the same time I want a bigger one, either way it's a great filter for a great price!

Quality filtered water without the mega price!

I've previously owned other brand name water pitchers and I have to say this one rocks! It doesn't spill when I pour out of the spout, the top doesn't have to be completely removed in order to fill it with water and the best thing about the water filter itself is the water taste better than what other brand names! So happy I made the decision to purchase.

My first order arrived a bit damaged, and as soon as the company realized it they offered an immediate replacement, as well as extra filters, to compensate for my inconvenience. Great customer service! What I like most about this product is that its lightweight, comes in various colours and gets the job done, all at a reasonable price. This is a good buy!

Great, easy-to-use filtered water pitcher

This pitcher was a fantastic buy! I use it every day and it is extremely convenient to fill up, with a quick filter system. It holds plenty of water for lots of people (I live with roommates so this was a plus). The product comes as shown in the pictures and description. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Bought this and a 4-pack of filters together. Works well. I like the rubber feet and ease of use for refilling. The filter seems like it should fit differently in the unit but it’s working well so far.

Awesome Product on my review.

When we go camping we take the pitcher with us and filter the water we drink. It does a great job, and will save you from lugging jugs of water. If fits in the refrigerator, makes the coffee taste great, and very user friendly.

Holds more than enough for a 10 cup pot of coffee

I like the non skid bottom. I had trouble keeping the lid secured at first. The flapper tends to make it spill easy when pouring, but pours great when I hold it up. Theres no way to tell when the filter needs changed, so I just change it the beginning of every month. Its easy to fill. Filters the water quickly. I would probobly buy it again.

Good product. However, my daughter dropped the top and a piece broke off. I will wait to replace after she drops the top a few more times.

Second purchase for my opinion

This is the second unit I have ordered. The first one got a little grungy with hard water marks. Water tastes fine and the price was right.
