This item was purchased in January 2019 for a very limited use. By January 2020, the computer will randomly shut down and go into a boot loop with the Windows logo. Since then, the operating system can no longer be booted. You can't even access the BIOS or force a hard reset. Hundreds of dollars have been spent on technicians and support to fix this problem - so far to no avail. We are told that the only possible solution at this stage is to completely disassemble the car. This device is the opposite of user-friendly. One day it will turn itself off and you will never be able to use it again. Terrible experience.
