Normal for the price good for women
It's quite comfortable. My only complaint is that the straps that go behind the heel and also across the ankle are different lengths on each sandal. One of the straps behind the heel is at least an inch or more longer than on the other boot. It looks funny and is sloppy craftsmanship. However, they are quite comfortable.
