Review on πŸ’» Plugable USB 2.0 Video Graphics Adapter: Connect Multiple Monitors up to 1920x1080 on Windows 10, 8.1, 7, XP by Robert Hayes

This product is required to connect multiple VGA to USB monitors.

I recently upgraded my home setup and wanted to connect multiple monitors to USB 3 ports via VGA. After using several competing products I found that none of these products worked due to the graphics loading converting from VGA to USB 3 is HUGE and as such most competing products don't readily support multiple monitors. These adapters have integrated graphics to work around this problem. The end result is THIS PRODUCT WORKS and my home office is now complete. Literally as simple as plugging in the adapter and the screen is on. However, I bought 2 of these adapters and initially 1 of 2 didn't work. At first I thought it was the same and that this product would not suit me. I checked out the self-help tools on their website, which are pretty clear and easy to navigate, and finally contacted their support team to investigate further. I was quickly connected (within minutes) to a real person who helped me validate the steps I've been trying to eliminate so far. In the end it turned out that 1 of the 2 adapters didn't really work, so he sent me a new one for free. It arrived within 2 days and worked straight away! The support contact, whose name may or may not sound like Spam Cloorgan, was very helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about and should definitely get a gold star if his manager accidentally reads this Revain review. Summary; This adapter is so much better than several competing products I've tried, it's designed to work right out of the box and if it doesn't they have a support network to get you what you need. Will continue to buy plugable products in the future.
