This filter is great for keeping my water meter in good condition and keeping my sprinklers working. It was easy to install, feels solid, easy to clean and delivers great flow. I haven't noticed any difference in flow with or without plumbing, unless I forget for a couple of days to open the valve I fitted below and let it flush itself (which is good for me, it shows that it actually filters garbage ). !).
