Need sz 39 trying to get a fit from a sz 38 or a sz 40.
I am trying to get a fit from sz 38 or a sz 40. I have approval to return a sz 40, which was just a Little large, I bought a sz 38 hoping that with the elastic waistband it would fit, no such Luck. I would like to keep the sz 40 and write a return for the sz 38. Please tell me What to do.
