After three months of buying this laptop, the sound was completely gone. There is a red X on the speaker icon and Microsoft Tier 1 and Tier 2 and Lenovo were unable to fix the issue. Lenovo has asked to send it to one of their stores for repair, which will take up to 4 weeks or more. This is a major inconvenience for me as I use it every day for work, classes, meetings, etc. as well as having job interviews. My old computer broke after 5 years and I decided to buy this one. Now after spending so much money I have encountered this inconvenience and neither Revain nor the seller seem to care about my problem. Aggravating!
