Trying to get into the shine leg compressors was very uncomfortable and quite a challenge. However, given my height, I was pleasantly surprised that I was actually able to wear them. However, I had to use extenders for the thighs. The board is very noisy. It emits a high-pitched buzz that turns on and off as the pumps fill and drain. The compressors themselves seem to massage too slowly. I'm fine with the intensity because the 1st level was more than enough for me. I just like it better when the air moves faster, so it feels like it's kneading, rather than someone pushing you so slowly. Also, the right cuff was not working properly. The left was great and I could feel every section of air. However, I only felt air on my right foot and calf. The air around my right thigh seemed frozen and not moving. The pressure in the right cuff was also different and didn't pinch as much as the left.
