Four stars is a very good rating for me. It meets my expectations (but doesn't exceed them). The device is compact and well made. The plug is short like most standard cable boxes, but for this application it could be a bit longer for easier installation and connection. I mounted it on a trailer with 3/4 inch thick plywood walls so the plug was deep in the wall and made it impossible to screw a cable in. There was nothing wrong with that as I just routed the cable out through the hole in the wall, screwed it to the plug and then mounted the unit outside the camper wall. It doesn't seem difficult, but applying butyl caulking tape evenly and accurately has gotten a little more difficult. The only small disadvantage is that the lid does not close tightly after closing. It just dangles in the closed position and rattles across the street. In the open position it snaps and locks securely in the open position as it should. just wish it would do the same in the closed position. Small complaints, but as said, 4 stars is still a very good rating. I like the product.
