I was really excited to get these but my excitement died when I tried on and looked more closely and the right shoe. The left shoe was perfect! The right shoe had two marks on the suede which I’m not even sure how to get off but they shouldn’t be on new shoes. There were barely noticeable black marks on the side of it and when I put it on it clearly felt like it had been worn and was looser compared to the left foot one. It seemed like it was one of those "try on” shoes from the store when you go if that makes sense. Super frustrating! It also made me realize that these just get looser the more you wear them I’m assuming from the right shoe (which would not stay on my foot) so definitely size down a little but my toes were at the end so I’m not sure what to do. Hopefully I was just unlucky and everyone else’s are both new when bought as new! Shipping also took like 4 (I think) days longer than expected but I don’t think that’s their fault.
