Review on 🍝 Premium Italian Marcato Atlas Tacapasta Pasta Drying Rack: Collapsible, Blue, Steel & Polycarbonate Construction by Sean Franklin

Ideal for this purpose

I cook pasta almost every week. I've been doing it more consistently and with less mess since I've got this rack. Functionally it works quite well. It hangs the noodles to dry evenly and the material isn't sticky like my old wooden rack unless dusted with flour. Inside the center post is an original design pole with a cut out on one side that fits into the post rails. This allows you to transfer the noodles from the machine to the tool and then place the tool on the guide post and then turn it sideways to cleanly and quickly transfer the noodles from the machine to the grid without folding or the odd thing to lose beach. It may not be a new idea, but it was new to me and I like it. Other reviewers noted that the bottom stays are too short to use properly. I agree pasta needs to be trimmed to fit there, but if I can fit pasta made from 4-6 cups of flour on this rack, that's no problem. When storing, this rack is quick to clean and packs flat. The entire assembly can be completely disassembled for more thorough cleaning and reassembled quickly and easily. Highly recommended.
