Great chair for your home office!

I've only had the chair for a few days but wanted to give positive feedback. I was able to assemble it myself with no problems. The instructions were clear enough and everything went pretty well. The Allen key provided worked well and all screws/bolt holes lined up smoothly. The only issue I had during assembly was that the plastic covers on the sides are a little flimsy, particularly the posts that snap into the chair - one was slightly bent so I carefully straightened it and it fitted perfectly. I'm a short guy (5ft 5in / 120lbs) so keep that in mind when I talk about comfort. I personally like a good firm seat. This chair is firm but not too hard. It also replaces a 15 year old office chair that was torn and worn out so it was an instant upgrade. The seat depth is perfect for me, the front of the seat is within an inch or two of the back of my knees (that's how I like it). Taller people will likely find that the seat fits differently. The back of the chair is high enough for me, and while I like the back cushion, I took it off for a day or two just to see what the difference is. Personally, it's better that way for me, but I also don't like the lumbar support band in the lower back. The pillow fits me perfectly - I can lean on it and my head rests perfectly on it. The tilt function is stiff even when I have fully released it. My old chair reclined quite easily so it takes a little getting used to, but it's not a problem for me. The reclining function is also a big improvement! Just be careful when raising the backrest due to the recline - it will hit you hard in the back if you are not prepared for it! Overall this is a very comfortable chair for me, but I like a firm chair. The wheels roll very smoothly on carpet, much lighter than my previous chair. All stitches and seams look great and the armrests are adjustable which is an improvement for me too. If you want a super soft chair with cushions, be aware that this is a hard chair. You probably won't get too deep into it. But for me it's okay (I wanted it that way).

Pros
  • Adjustable head and lumbar cushions and adjustable armrests for maximum comfort
