This product is well made and easy to install. It's a little lighter than the factory model but feels solid. The dome light is clear and has greatly improved visibility over my 10 year old OEM light setup which became very hazy. I bought this kit after my bulbs would blow out every time it rained because my mechanic lost the caps that kept the water off the OEM assembly. The caps were $80 each from my local Chevy dealer and I needed two so this set was a much better deal. Losing the caps was a blessing in disguise, as night driving is much safer with these clear headlight domes. I'm not mechanically inclined, but I was able to install the kit in under an hour. The night vision with this kit and new bulbs is almost like an expensive car with Xeon headlights in my opinion.
