After installing the camera in the same location in my RV as the old wired one I was replacing, I found that the antenna above the camera was preventing me from viewing the turn up the camera. So it only points down. So I emailed the support team to find a solution. They responded within an hour and said they would send me a longer bracket and antenna extender free of charge to ease the installation. I can also say that the monitor captured a nice and clear picture. I have a 36ft RV. I was so impressed with the quality that I decided to put another camera on top of the one I just installed. One for lane change assist while driving and the other for reversing. The monitor supports up to 4 different cameras. So far I like what I'm seeing with both this product and its customer service.
