Bought to keep the cardinals out of our mirrors. They kept pecking at the bird in the mirrors and actually ruined our mirrors in addition to pooping all over the place. Easy to slip on and off, and they even have a drawstring to keep them snug. They remained and very well "weathered" during a recent severe thunderstorm. I was so pleased that I immediately ordered a second pair!
