The step assembly arrived in factory packaging that was almost torn apart and there was no packaging material in the box at all. The steps were fine, just a few scratches. But the power switch kit was missing, which didn't make me happy, but I won't send back the whole step to get the switch kit. I replaced the 2 step assembly in my RV with this 3 step assembly, bolted and connected with only one problem. Eventually they changed the control module to use a normally open door switch to a normally closed one so I had to order a switch, no problem just a delay.
